Are your technicians reliable? We have been in the home services industry for almost 10 years, and we have performed over 120,000 installations all over the country. Our service personnel are so trusted that many of the world's largest manufacturers have contracted with us for factory-authorized customer service. What products can you install? We install major appliances such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, gas and electric ranges, microwaves, air conditioners and dishwashers. We also install home theater products like plasma and LCD televisions, front projection video systems, freestanding and in-wall loudspeaker systems, and consumer electronics such as multi-channel receivers, remote programming systems, DVD jukeboxes and more. Do you keep your appointment times? We promise to arrive at your installation site within XX hours of the scheduled appointment time, or (service promise for late/missed visits). What if I need to reschedule my appointment? You may call and reschedule your installation up to 48 hours before the technician's scheduled visit.You will be billed for an additional visit if you cannot keep your appointment and do not notify us with sufficient advance notice. I'm not sure when my appliance will arrive. Can I schedule an appointment now? We prefer you know when your items will be at your install location, but you can estimate and schedule with us if necessary. See above for the minimum time necessary to notify us of any scheduling changes and penalties. What's the soonest you can arrive to do my installation? Generally, we can make your service visit within three days of your reservation; however there are occassional busy periods when an appointment may take up to two weeks. Our online calendar system can help tell you whether you will be able to schedule your appointment on the day you wish. Will you teach me how to use my new equipment? Yes. Your technician will spend time explaining the features of your new items and show you how to operate them. Are there any extra or hidden costs to worry about? Not really. Assuming you have all the items necessary to do the job, our quote can be considered a firm price. With some major appliances, especially gas devices, we may need to install additional plumbing or ventilation parts. Similarly, you may be offered the opportunity to upgrade your existing component wiring if there are additional capabilities built into your new electronic equipment. Your technician will ask the questions needed to tell if you will require additional parts and give you a more detailed estimate before your service visit. Can I pay my installation fee over time/after the work is complete? Unfortunately, no. We can only schedule a technician after you pay the estimated cost to reserve the installation. Can you install in my city/town? Even if your location is remote, we can probably arrange for an installation. You can use the quotation system online to enter your geographic information. If you do not fall within our normal service area, we'll give you a telephone number to call for individual assistance. Can I talk to someone before I make a reservation? Sure. On every web page is a link to our live customer service center. We have agents available to assist you any time. Feel free to ask them questions or help you fill out the quote form. Do you guarantee your work? We promise that our installation work (labor, wiring, plumbing, interior framing, carpentry, etc.) will satisfy the requirements of your equipment manufacturers and operate properly for one full year, and that you will be satisfied with the finished appearance and function of your equipment. Wow. Why are you so expensive? People always ask us that! It's because we provide custom solutions to appliance and electronics installations for discerning clients, which include far more than just plugging something in. We spend time ensuring that your installation will work perfectly, look attractive, and make you proud of your investment. No other installation service provides the level of support that we do. We want to make sure that you are completely happy with the results of our work. |
