We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped within California. If you are shipping to any other destination, sales tax will not be charged.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to refund the full amount of the purchase, minus shipping and handling. Just return the product to the address on the invoice included with the shipment.

The information collection, use, and dissemination practices of Chronic Cologne (the "Company") are discussed in this policy.

Collection of Information.
1. Customer Information. Such purchased information may include an individual' name, email address, street address, zip code, telephone numbers (including cell phone numbers and carriers), birth date, gender, salary range, education and marital status, occupation, industry of employment, personal and online interests, and such other information as the individual may have provided to the Seller (together, "Third Party List Information"). 6. Individual Information. As used herein, Individual Information means Purchase Information, Third Party List Information, Other Information, Cookie and Webbug Information, and Outside Information, and any other information the Company gathers or receives about individuals.
7. Financial Information. Financial information is used to bill you for products and services. By making a purchase on the Site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions. Use of Individual Information.
